Do you pre-record the voice?

No our ReadSpeaker webReader application converts your text on-the-fly to audio. ReadSpeaker webReader parses the HTML code on your web page and converts it into text which is then file streamed as an mp3 file to the visitor who clicked on the Listen button. So we always provide an updated audio version of your latest text content.
